Black Panther

Working with Perception on one of the most anticipated movies of 2018, Black Panther, was an incredible experience. For this film, I contributed to concept development for the technology, UI design, and previs for the prologue. Prologue

The prologue scene is is an introduction to the Wakandan world. Marvel tasked us with developing this sequence. The end result was a detailed Pre-vis for the entire sequence that led to the final sequence.

UI Design

I had the opportunity to design and animate all the UI elements in the film from scratch, including the screens in Shuri's lab, the keyboard, Royal Talon HUD, and the Med Lab. I developed a cohesive visual language for the entire UI and created a library of patterns to be used throughout the film.
